Neuroturing enables businesses to collect digital payments through supported electronic channels such as online banking transfers, UPI-based methods, and approved digital wallet solutions. The platform provides technical enablement through integration resources including system connectors, developer interfaces, and operational tools for websites, applications, and in-store systems. Additional capabilities may include automated billing cycles, subscription management, digital invoicing, QR-based collections, and analytical reporting dashboards. Settlement of collected funds is conducted to designated bank accounts. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services without prior notice.
User Duties and Conduct
You agree that you will:
- Submit complete, truthful, and current information related to your business and financial operations.
- Use the platform exclusively for lawful commercial transactions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of login details, system access credentials, and integration components.
- Notify us immediately upon detecting unauthorized access, suspected misuse, or security-related incidents.
Charges, Taxes, and Settlements
All service-related charges are defined within your merchant agreement or made available through your platform dashboard. Fees may be revised periodically, and such changes will be communicated in advance. Unless expressly stated, charges do not include applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility. You agree to bear liability for transaction reversals initiated by customers, and refund handling will follow internal operational timelines. Any amendments to pricing structures will be shared through official communication channels.
Prohibited Usage
Use of the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes is strictly forbidden. Restricted activities include, but are not limited to, transactions involving illegal goods, explicit services, wagering operations, imitation or restricted merchandise, or any offerings prohibited under applicable laws. Attempts to interfere with system functionality, evade safeguards, or exploit vulnerabilities may result in immediate suspension, retention of funds, and initiation of legal proceedings.
Transaction Monitoring and Risk Control
To ensure platform security, we employ automated transaction review systems, behavioral analysis mechanisms, and continuous risk evaluation tools. Transactions identified as irregular may be delayed, restricted, reviewed manually, or reversed. Confirmed violations may lead to account suspension or termination without prior notification. You accept responsibility for any financial loss, penalties, or regulatory consequences arising from high-risk or prohibited transactions processed through your account.
Information Security and Privacy
Protection of user and customer information is a fundamental obligation. All personal and transactional data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy. Advanced technical safeguards, encryption practices, and access control measures are used to protect sensitive information. You authorize the use of collected data for transaction execution, risk management, operational improvements, and legal compliance. Storage of sensitive customer payment information within your systems is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized under applicable compliance frameworks.
Ownership and Usage Rights
All rights related to the platform, including software architecture, visual elements, brand identifiers, trademarks, written content, and operational documentation, are owned by BYTESHIFT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its authorized licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform solely for permitted business activities. Any form of reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, distribution, or unauthorized branding usage is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Third-Party Integrations
The platform may interface with third-party services such as financial institutions, operational tools, analytics providers, or external systems. We do not manage or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, policies, or interruptions. Account Suspension and Termination

Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuroturing shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, operational disruption, or data-related losses. Continuous availability and error-free processing of transactions are not guaranteed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BYTESHIFT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, including its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activities conducted through your account.
Governing Law and Legal Authority
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Force Majeure Events
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, public health crises, armed conflicts, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
