Refund Policy
Introduction
Neuroturing aims to ensure clarity, reliability, and accountability across all transactions processed on its platform. This Refund Policy defines the terms governing refund eligibility, outlines the procedure for submitting refund requests, and explains the duties of both users and merchants. Users are encouraged to read this policy thoroughly before initiating transactions.
Scope of the Policy
This policy governs all users of Neuroturing, including customers, registered merchants, and affiliated business partners using our transaction services. It applies to payments completed through our platform using supported digital payment methods such as UPI, net banking, wallets, and similar options. Individual merchant refund policies remain separate and are not governed by this document.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:
- Repeated or incorrect transactions caused by operational or technical faults
- Unsuccessful payments resulting from system interruptions or banking failures
- Excess billing due to system miscalculations or merchant-side errors
- Verified unauthorized activity in accordance with fraud review procedures
- Payments made unintentionally due to incorrect merchant data or platform errors
- Cancellations submitted within the refund period defined by the merchant
Merchant-related refunds will only be processed after the merchant validates the request and initiates the refund through our platform.
Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds will not be applicable for:
- Service-related charges paid to Neuroturing, including setup fees
- Payments for successfully delivered verification, onboarding, or compliance services
- Transactions marked as non-refundable at the time of payment
- Transactions involving misuse, fraudulent conduct, or policy breaches
- Disputes submitted after deadlines set by regulatory bodies or networks
- Claims lacking necessary supporting information or documentation
Platform Fees and Deductions
Fees collected by Neuroturing, such as convenience charges, integration costs, setup fees, and optional services, are not refundable unless a transaction fails due to a system-level issue. In merchant disputes, refunds may be adjusted to account for processing or operational costs already incurred.
Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a request by emailing (mention email) or raising a ticket through their dashboard
- Share complete transaction details including ID, date, amount, payment method, and reason
- Provide evidence such as transaction confirmations, screenshots, or communication records
- Respond promptly to verification requests from the support team
Timeframe for Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days. The final
credit
timeline depends on banking institutions or payment service providers and is not controlled by
Neuroturing. Notification of initiation will be sent via email or SMS.
External factors
such
as bank processing times or merchant delays may impact refund completion.
Transaction Reversal and Chargebacks
If a dispute is raised through a financial institution, a chargeback process may be triggered. Neuroturing will assist by coordinating with the merchant and collecting required documentation. Approved chargebacks result in refunds to the user, and merchants may be responsible for related charges.
Taxes and Additional Fees
Refunds of applicable taxes are subject to prevailing tax regulations. Administrative expenses, third-party fees, or processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount and will be disclosed transparently during confirmation.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants retain primary authority over approving or rejecting refund requests related to their
services. Neuroturing facilitates transaction handling and executes refunds upon merchant
authorization, except in cases involving technical failure or fraud. Merchants must ensure
policy
transparency and timely cooperation.
Non-compliance may lead to settlement holds or
suspension
of merchant services.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes, operational enhancements, or industry developments. Updates will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform indicates agreement with the revised terms.
